How to place an order

  1. Complete and submit the order form below.
  2. You will be presented with an order confirmation screen.
  3. Within 24 to 48 Hours you will receive an Email confirming details of your order containing a link to a secure online payment process. Alternative methods of payment are available for those not wishing to pay online, for details contact DVD-Memories HERE.
  4. Once payment has cleared you will receive Email instructions of where to send your tapes or slides/negatives.
  5. Aternatively order over the phone or by Email see contact details HERE
  6. If you deliver and pickup in person payment isn't required until you pickup your DVDs and original media.
  7. When sending tapes or cine reels please mark them with titles and order corresponding to DVD/Case titles you submitted on the DVD-Memories order form. These details will assist DVD-Memories with ensuring your submitted footage is transferred to DVD in the correct order to DVD's with the correct title.
  8. When sending slides/negatives please include details of preferred order they should appear when transferred to CD. Also send your preferred title/titles for your CD/CD'S.
  9. Your order should be complete within 28 days of your tapes or slides arriving. If your order is urgent please let DVD-Memories know during the order placement process.
  10. Once your DVD's are complete you will recieve an Email informing you when they have been dispatched to you with your original media.
  11. If you plan to pick your DVDs and media up in person you will receive an Email or phone call informing you they are ready for pickup.

The electronic payment options used are secure, during payment check for the padlock Indicates a secure payment option is in use located at the bottom right of the screen for Windows XP or top of the screen right of your web browser address field for Windows Vista. This symbol indicates a secure payment process is in use.

Prices are based on the use of DVD-R discs for film transfer or CDR discs for slide/negative transfer. CUSTOMERS SHOULD CHECK THEIR DVD PLAYER/DRIVE WILL PLAY DVD-R or CDR. IF REQUIRED DVD+R CAN BE USED FOR FILM TRANSFER AT ADDITIONAL COST. SUBMIT AN ENQUIRY HERE
